Charlie Sheen Raises $20,000 For Injured Fan Charlie Sheen raised more than $20,000 towards baseball fan Bryan Stow’s medical bills during a one-man show in San Francisco, California.The San Francisco Giants fan was beaten into a coma by unknown assailants outside a baseball game at the end of March and Sheen pledged to raise cash for Stow and his family during his ‘My Violent Torpedo Of Truth/Death Is Not An Option’ tour stop in San Francisco. Sheen raised $9,000 from merchandise sales and a further $4,000 from a pre-show collection. Sheen then agreed to add the extra cash to get the total to $20,000, according to HollyScoop.com. Sheen’s business manager Brian Klarberg says, "As a sports fan, Charlie was saddened by the Dodger Stadium assault of Bryan Stow. Charlie is matching those fan contributions as well and topping off the contribution to the Bryan Stow Foundation to $20,000. |
