A desperate Lady Gaga fan has been charged with animal cruelty for allegedly killing her cat and using the dead pet’s blood to complete an outfit she planned to wear to one of her heroine’s concerts. Angelina Barnes, 20, had smeared her face and arms in the cat’s blood and was just about to leave her Oklahoma City home for a Gaga concert earlier this week when a relative walked in on her – and saw the carnage. A local news station reported the cat had been cut to pieces after Barnes drowned the pet in the bathroom. Barnes was taken to Griffin Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma, where she is receiving treatment after being diagnosed with depression. Lady Gaga famously performed at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards covered in fake blood.

Nikki Reed Engaged To ‘Idol’ Star Paul McDonald
Twilight star Nikki Reed is engaged after a whirlwind romance with American Idol contestant Paul McDonald. Sporting a ring on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards, Reed told reporters McDonald is "the one" and sources have confirmed McDonald has proposed. The couple was spotted together looking for jewelry at the Topanga Days festival in California last weekend, but Reed wasn’t wearing her new ring at the event, suggesting McDonald, who made it to the top eight of the most recent season of Idol, proposed during the week. McDonald confirmed he was dating Reed in April,and said she was "super cool and supportive." McDonald said his famous girlfriend was quietly glad when he was voted off Idol, stating, "She is actually pumped. She said, ‘Dude, you finally get to do your thing and be yourself and be the artist you are.’ She is happy about the whole situation. She has been nothing but cool to me."
